No celebration is complete without food! Our on-site catering staff has an extensive menu from which to choose the perfect hors d’oeuvres, meals and desserts for your party. We use only the freshest ingredients in our recipes and patronize local vendors whenever possible. If any of your special guests have special dietary restrictions, just let us know. Our conference center boasts nearly 14,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, much of it configurable for your unique needs. We can easily and comfortably accommodate your group of up to 150 people.

Also a coming of age party, the quinceanera is common in Latin American countries. This party celebrates a girl’s 15th birthday, as she moves into adulthood. Typically, there is a religious ceremony, followed by a party. Dress is more formal than a sweet 16 party.

It is appropriate to communicate a dress code with your invitations. It sets a tone for your party and lets your invitees know what is expected.
Will ACU Hotel & Conference Center decorate for the party?
Yes, we will! Simply bring us the decorations at least 72 hours before the party and we’ll make sure the room looks fabulous.
Do I need to supply my own decorations for the party?
Yes. Since decorations are such an integral part of your party, we want to avoid miscommunication at all costs. This way, you know you’re getting exactly what you want.
Should the meal be a sit-down plated meal or buffet-style?
Most Sweet 16s and Quinceaneras choose buffet. This way, you don’t break the rhythm of your party and there are more choices available for picky eaters and those with special dietary needs.

How many hours does the rental cover?
Rentals are for up to 6 hours.
Will we have access to the room before and after the party for set-up/breakdown?
Yes, we are happy to welcome you 1-2 hours prior to your event for setup.
