We have a full staff of professionals ready to help and guide you in planning this most special of celebrations. Our event planners are invaluable in helping you decide on and then attending to all of the details so you can just relax and enjoy your day. 

Our catering staff has an extensive menu from which to choose your food and beverage service. We use only the freshest ingredients and patronize local partners whenever possible. We can also accommodate special dietary needs. Whether your menu consists of light hors d’oeuvres or a full plated meal, our staff will work hard to be sure the presentation and service are impeccable. 

With nearly 14,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, the ACU Hotel & Conference center almost certainly has the ideal space for your occasion. Many of our rooms are ideally configured for banquets and receptions and we can also specially configure a space for your specific needs. 

Hosting out-of-town guests and worrying about where they will stay? Our on-site 110-room hotel is located on the quiet, serene campus of Arizona Christian University and features such amenities as WiFi, flat-screen TVs and mini-fridges.

Common Questions About Wedding & Anniversary Parties

How many hours is my rental for? Will I receive access to the facility prior to that time for set-up, etc.?

Rentals are for up to 6 hours. We are happy to welcome 1-2 hours prior to your event for setup. Please check with your event planner. 

Should I have a dress code?

There are no hard-and-fast rules for dress code. It’s up to you how casual or formal you’d like your event to be. 

Will ACU Hotel & Conference Center decorate the venue for me? Do I have to supply the decorations?

Our staff is happy to assist you in decorating the venue. We do not supply decorations. 

Does ACU Hotel & Conference Center offer packages for wedding and anniversary parties?

Not at this time.

Should we offer a buffet or plated meal?

This is entirely up to you. Both are well-accepted options. Typically, more formal events will serve a plated meal and casual events favor a buffet, but the ultimate choice is yours. 

Do you have accommodations for my out-of-town guests?

Yes! Our 110-room hotel is located on the same grounds as the conference center. The quiet, serene campus of Arizona Christian University provides a lovely backdrop to your special occasion.
